- Understanding of how to improve ED patient experience and flow
- ED EMR experience, Epic / Meditech preferred, but not required
- Strong oral communication and listening skills
- Desire to be an owner in a democratic EM group
- Clear vision and the ability to deliver results on the basis of that vision
- Ability to understand and handle finances and execute around group goals
