Dr. Tasha Gaige joined VEMA in Jan 2019 as a hospitalist and became Hospitalists Medical Director in July 2022. Prior to joining VEMA she was working in Urgent Care in Pennsylvania and Florida. She graduated from The Medical University of Lodz in Lodz, Poland and completed residency in Family Medicine at Wheeling Hospital in Wheeling, WV. Special interests include provider wellness and team member communication. In 2021 she completed AAFP’s Leading Physician Well-being Program. She is involved in quality initiatives such as nursing leader listening rounds and flow initiatives throughout Inova.
